House was OK but needs a thorough clean, especially around stove. On arrival found that the corner cupboard door, by island, was off its hinge and my husband fixed it. Would have been obvious when cleaned. No soap or liquid soap in bathroom. No Guest Book with instructions. The garage door could only be opened with the remote ie no open/shut button. Queen bed had very soft mattress and the bed squeeks. Pillow not great.

Great place for family.

It was an amazing place for our family. We had a last minute booking for New Year and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had everything we needed for the stay. Definitely would recommend to others. Only negative experience was the utensils were lil bit greasy so we had to wash before using any utensil.

Overall nice place, found mouldy food in the oven and cupboards, cleaning needs to be checked a bit better, advertising says there's a hot tub? Thanks for having us

Hi Shirley I had a relief cleaner as my normal was away she obviously didn’t l look in oven or check cubboards my apologises my usual cleaner is top notch and would never not check and will check again hot tub part take off hope you still enjoyed your stay

Family celebration in Pātea

We enjoyed our stay thank you, I thought I’d broken a cupboard then found a note saying it was broken awaiting repair, my man fixed it. Do be aware the bathroom tiles are so slippery, there’s is a note however it needs to be more visible or something more on floor to prevent slipping. It’s a well presented property. Nice and clean. Thank you.
