This brand new modern family home is situated in the heart of Motueka, walking distance to town, bars and cafes. It features an 82inch flat screen tv, soundbar, Google Home, Spa pool, sauna, outdoor entertainment area with a louvred pergola, washing machine and dryer, double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, weber BBQ, pizza oven, fully equipped kitchen, very confy couch and a double internal garage. The house is equipped with 20 solar panels on the roof which run the house during the day and feeds back to the grid unused power. The holiday home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, biking and swimming.

Amazing home

We were extremely happy with the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. The home had everything we needed to come home, make dinner, and enjoy the evenings after a long day of kayaking and hiking. Highly recommend!

Five star luxury

Chappies Place is an entertainer's delight, and has everything you could think of to make your stay extremely pleasant. All we needed was for the rain to stop! But that did not dampen our enthusiasm for Motueka and its surrounds. A lovely place to stay, and a great place to explore.

Perfect in every way! Very new and modern. Quite safe neighbourhood. No expense spared with Webber BBQ, Dyson vacuum, Jamie Oliver cutlery and plates. Massive spa pool set on 40° Only 4mins to town centre Just an awesome spot to stay

Luxury stay! Highly recommended!

It's one of the best places I've ever been! We stayed here for 2 days after Abel Tasman walk, the house is located at cental Motueka, only 3 minutes drive to shops and restaurants. It's a cosy tidy place and fully equipped. Leanne is super friendly and efficient in communication! There's an instruction book available which is very thoughtful. We really enjoyed our stay, will definitely book again for next Nelson trip.
