Welcome to A Place at The Beach 9520-1E: Your Ideal Myrtle Beach Getaway! Our resort condominium complex is nestled in the highly sought-after Shore Drive area in northern Myrtle Beach, offering easy access to premier shopping and entertainment venues such as Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and The Carolina Opry. Barefoot Landing is also just a quick 10-minute drive away. Phase 3 of A Place at The Beach is conveniently located beside the world-famous Ocean Annie's Beach Club.

Our A Place at The Beach condos include Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Second Row units, all professionally managed by Booe Realty. These accommodations feature 2 bedrooms with either 1.5 or 2 baths. Each condo boasts spacious living areas, dining spaces, fully equipped kitchens, and a private balcony.

Within the resort complex, you'll find swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, and direct beach access. Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available in each building. Please note that A Place at The Beach has a no-pets and no-motorcycles policy.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. We offer a variety of rental options, including vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

When stripping beds, please do not remove comforters, bedspreads or mattress pads.. Only sheets and pillow cases.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo needs updating!

I understand we are at the beach. We usually stay at the Brigadune but this property was available for 3 nights before we went to the Brigadune so we booked it. The screen door was ripped and barely opened. The blinds could barely be opened also. When we finally went outside, we sat on the chairs and after we got up our shirts were covered with dirt. You can barely open the shower door in the master. The extra bedroom had two stools that were rusted. I definitely feel this condo needs major updating. You could see the condos adjacent that had nice high top patio furniture so you could see the ocean and spend time on the deck.

Great location but uncomfortable

Great location but uncomfortable… my friends and I love the location on shore Drive. The furniture was so uncomfortable!! We couldn’t even sit and watch a movie. My back is still killing me from trying to sit on the couch. I would recommend the owner gets different furniture. Also the mattress covers on the bed were dingy and very unpleasant.

Great location

The location was perfect! Walked right out to beach. The place was dated but decently clean. It had good amenities in kitchen- we loved the open area. Although j know palmetto bugs are common we were not comfortable seeing one each day in the condo. They did come and spray but maybe a stronger pest control.
