Great location, lovely apartment and host

We loved staying here. It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The host responds to queries quickly and is very kind. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the ferry port and the beds were so comfortable! I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. My only small grumble is that though the apartment can sleep many people, there aren’t any large pans for cooking. But aside from that it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean and in a superb location. Only downside is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a bit of weight lifting up the stairs. Other than that I would book this apartment again. I give it a 5 star!!!

The property is well-kept and clean. It's very close to the Miyajima ferry gate, the Torri gate, and the shopping streets. The hotel had everything guests needed. I liked the tatami mats on the two floors in two of the rooms, as well as the floor beds. The only thing I could have had was a couple of hooks for hanging clothes in the laundry room next to the bathroom.

まったくホテルの人との対面はなく、全てメールでのやり取りのみ。手続きの段階で、宿泊者の登録をするよう、メールが届きますが、全て英語だったので（日本語の選択がない）、少し戸惑いました。 ホテル自体は、部屋をワンフロア貸切 暗証番号を入力して入室 部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、ハミガキはありました。 コーヒーはドリップバッグがありましたが、紅茶やお茶も欲しかったです。 快適な生活ができましたが、一つだけ、用意された布団一式の敷き布団が薄すぎです、寝られませんでした。 そこだけです、困ったところは。 あと、キャンセルができないのは、冬は体調を崩すことがあると考えた時、リスクも承知で予約しなければいけません。
