About this property

Margaritaville is holiday house situated at Teewah Beach surounded by Cooloola National Park and Ocean. Teewah Village is only accessable by 4WD or AWD along Teewah Beach. You access Teewah Beach at 3rd cutting at Noosa North Shore. From the 3rd cutting it is 8km drive up to Teewah. Vehicle permits must be obtained for a small fee before driving along the beach and best to drive at lowish tides. We sometimes accept dogs depending on dates. Please ask on enquiry. There is a fenced backyard, and dog bed supplied.
The house is the whole separate lower level with separate entry and undercover parking. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with 2 large queen size bedrooms. Each bedroom has fans, pillows, doonas and wardrobe in each. One has an extra single bed the other a single mattress.
It has a modern bathroom with hot tub and washing machine.
There is a undercover BBQ entertaining area with BBQ, gas supplied plus an outdoor fire pit seating area. You must bring your own firewood with you. Bags can be obtained at Bunnings or the garage before you get on the barge at Tewantin.
Gardens and birdlife surround the property with the Cooloola National Park and walks from across the road.
We have rainwater for drinking as well as bore water to wash your car or watercraft down after your beach drive.
Once at the house the beach is a short 2 minute stroll to one of the best beaches in the world. Fishing, surfing or just relax and unwind.
Plenty to see, 70kms of pristine beaches, Freshwater Lake, Double Island Point and Rainbow Beach.

What a little Gem!

Debbie was a fantastic host. Provided excellent information on the local area, beautiful spot and a fantastic property. Even a Pod Coffee machine and fire pit. Our family had a lovely time!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our time at Teewah, the location was great, house was close to the beach. The host Debbie gave us some great info on places to visit. Would highly recommend.
