Winter Escape

Both the location and view are wonderful aspects of this property. All the best restaurants are literally at your doorstep and the view of the sunrise each morning is something we will miss. What let’s this property down is the owner only supplies one set of keys which is extremely inconvenient as you need them to access the lift and carpark so you are restricted to all going out or others waiting in the apartment for you to return. The property managers were apologetic but couldn’t help as the owner couldn’t be contacted. Little things like only supplying one dishwasher tablet, no tea towel, not enough towels and no doona on the main bed also impacted our stay. There is no sense of generosity and I think it’s something the owners could improve on given how much it costs to stay.
