Fantastic asset.. badly let down by management and fading at the edges.

Amazing views, fabulous location, nicely furnished. Very comfortable main 'parents retreat'. On the downside.. NO WIFI !! (?) some lights not working/flicker on and off, not clear how to work oven, Dishwasher barely works. Plates provided (not enough) don't fit in dishwasher. Parking spaces are always full, we were only given one set of keys to access property FOR A 3 BEDROOM APT... gas bottle on BBQ was empty.. the ONLY frying pan provided was not 'induction oven' compatible (just madness!).. and overall property manager has a 'what do you want me to do about it' attitude. These people have a wonderful asset.. it is being badly managed. Highly recommend they get better management, and look at providing WIFI and a 'welcome book' explaining how to use the apartment.

We loved the penthouse, however we purchased food that we were unable to cook. The hot plates wouldn’t work, then we tried the bbq… no gas. There were two lights that didn’t work in the kitchen and the one over the dining table kept going on and off. There was also a faulty power point in the kitchen. The dishwasher was blocked. We didn’t have a spare key in the apartment. No WIFI…. how bazaar after paying in full then being charged extra because I had to transfer the booking due to covid and no WIFI. The fold out lounge we couldn’t use as there was no extension to plug it in. Not happy overall.

Amazing views

The Apartment is lovely and in a great location near Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The views are amazing during the day and at night. Small things to fix up are: a hairdryer is need in the bathroom and new plates and bowls needed as the current ones do not fit in the dishwasher.
