Very nice condo and the best location on the mountain!

Hi Doug, the homeowner wanted to share the following: We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful location! We appreciate your kind comments, and hope you actually meant to leave a 5-star. Please come back anytime!
This condo has the best location-stairs & short walk to lift. This condo is multi level so being able to do stairs is a must especially after skiing.
Condo doesn't supply any shampoo or soaps so pack some. Kitchen has plenty of cookware which is good because Angel Fire doesn't have alot of good restaurants but dies have a good grocery store.
The condo was a great location from the ski resort. The walk back to the condo is a bit step, but the views from the condo made it worth it.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because the bathrooms are very small and the 3rd floor bathroom did not have hot water in the shower.
Great location and view of the mountain. Hiking up and down the stairs and path is killer if not in shape or exhausted from boarding all day but that’s on me.
Only issue we had was that the heater system isn’t working properly - whether we had it on 50 or 70 it was roasting upstairs at almost 78-80 degrees in the condo. Butter melted on the plate left out. We could not get it to cool down without opening the slider. Never got to do a fire due to how hot it stayed in the condo. Just needs serviced or replaced with a newer Smart thermostat. Hard to sleep in a hot upstairs and then the basement bedroom was an ice box.
Great location! Everything was nice and just as the listing said. Will definitely stay there again!

NOT SKI IN/OUT
They advertised ski in/out but unless you can SKI stairs it is impossible. It IS located closest to the Chile lift but it to get to the lift you must climb down the hill, partial stairs, and across a parking lot. And the climb back after a long day of skiing is BRUTAL.

Hi Shirley, We want all of our guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their stay, so we take the accuracy of our listings seriously. We apologize for misstating that this property is ski-in/out, and we have corrected the description. We'd love the chance to provide you with a truly 5-star travel experience, so please keep us in mind for your future travels!
My kids and I decided to visit Angel Fire on three days notice. I was happy to find this condo to fit the five of us. It was clean and looked just as pictured. The one downside was the upstairs room with the queen and bunk beds was miserably hot when we arrived. Leaving windows open 24/7 got it barely comfortable to sleep in the second and third night. The weather was in the 60’s and low 70’s, so any warmer and I’m not sure it would’ve been usable at all. I’m sure it would be perfect in colder months!
