Ideally located in the heart of Thredbo, this newly renovated sunny apartment features everything you need for a relaxing winter or summer alpine stay.
Enjoy the stunning mountain views from the open plan lounge and dining area. Features include a fully self contained kitchen, with oven, gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, and a full sized fridge. There is a great sized bathroom with shower and toilet, and another separate toilet. Laundry facilities are also included - with both washing machine and dryer. With a host of facilities, restaurants, shops and bars literally at your doorstep, Steamboat 1 is ideal for all.

This place was very clean, very comfortable, had everything you need, fantastic location and for a good price. We will stay again. The owners /managers were also very accomodating and helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

Stayed with the family and two kids under 5. Was the perfect location in the village. Quick walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The place was well set up and clean. Will absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Away

The apartment was wonderful. Clean, beautifully decorated, good view and great location. Wonderful accommodation management. Unfortunately, Thredbo itself has very limited sit in dining options. The weekend we were there the weather wasn’t great and ski lifts were closed just after lunch on the Saturday. The lift ticket was 250 for the day and there was no partial refund or credit for the next day. Our children paid to ski on the Sunday. But for us, a very expensive weekend for half a day of skiing.

Thredbo at its best !

Loved the apartment ! Beds comfy, underfloor heating, lovely gas fire. Own Car park spot located at top of units. We mainly went back & forth thru back door & balcony. Very close to main village. And easy walk to Merritts gondola. We’ll be back !
