Is your family looking for “A Little Piece of Paradise” on Wrightsville Beach? This wonderful family friendly townhome might be just what you are looking for! Set back one house from the ocean, the beach is just steps from your front door and Johnnie Mercers Pier.
This unit is located on the right side of the building. After entering the main foyer, you are gently guided up the stairs to the main living level of this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome. The living area is an open concept kitchen, living and dining room so families can spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. There is a large flat screen TV and firestick to ensure endless options that will appease the entire family. The well-stocked kitchen, gas range, and a commercial cooler make storing supplies and preparing family meals a breeze! Just off the kitchen is a full bathroom that services the neighboring queen bedroom.
The spacious master suite with king bed is located on the top floor and offers a private bathroom, balcony with ocean views, and a wet bar! Just down the hall is the laundry room and third guest room with Pyramid bunk beds and attached private bathroom – a great place for the kids to hang out and play!
With two decks, ample parking, gas grill, and outdoor shower, this home has a lot to offer inside and out! Load up your surf boards, family and four-legged friend and come see what this little piece of paradise is all about!

Stay Requirements: Any turn day in summer with a 3-night minimum. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunk Beds, 1 Sofa Bed (sleeper sofa not included with linens).
Parking: Parking for 4-5 vehicles
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
