The view from the villa is gorgeous. It overlooks the ocean and includes a beautiful sunset view. We loved the setup with the awning and the pool. There is available shade all day on the large patio area. The pool was fun. We liked the fact the villa was so close to the carrefors and restaurants in the adjacent building. The cleaning staff were very nice. The only drawbacks were the steps up to 3 of the bedrooms were steep and windy had no railings. There wasn’t a railing on the steps into the pool. The description led us to believe there might be a beach, but there is definitely no beach and one has to drive to the nearest swimming beach. There were some issues with the airport pickup and when the villa was ready for us. After the initial meetup with the concierge, he was responsive. The bottom line was the villa was beautiful and we all had a wonderful time.

First, host was welcoming; staff nice. Home is beautiful; views amazing; and nice location. However, no instructions on operating stove, washer, showers - needed that. Only one safe worked, one shower sprayed out of shower, not enough towels; no soap in powder room. Soap, towels, and tissues should be replaced as used. Expected higher level of daily service given cost. Kitchen fully loaded. Nice decor. Just think many hiccups for a 5 star price tag. As VRBO owner; when a guest calls we are over there fixing it immediately. Sunday no services; we ran out of towels and had to wait a day; if my home; I would be there w/towels. And don't argue w/guests; customer paying for service accommodate them. Not a cleaner issue but management issue.
