Nice and quiet

The property was clean. Check in was easy. Beds were very firm and pillows were not great. Dishwasher did not work. Sliding door lock did not work. Not enough toilet paper.

Beds were horrible

We love Ruidoso and the weather. Our stay at Pinecliff Village could have been better if the mattresses were softer and the bed frame had been more secure. My brother-in-law stayed and sometime during the night had to sleep on the floor. I suggest buying new mattresses and fix the bed frame in the master bedroom. Other than that it was nice and we had everything we needed.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review! I do wonder if you may have stayed in a different unit at Pinecliff. The bed frames are secure, one mattress is a highly rated Stearns and Foster, and the other mattress is a high-quality memory foam mattress. They are both on the medium firm side. The frame in the master is extremely sturdy solid wood. I hope you will have a better stay on your next trip to Ruidoso! Melissa"
