Property was in great location. Layout was good except basement had basement smell. Information should have been given regarding things to bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, dish washer soap, etc. Other locations stayed at furnished some of this.

Home had not been cleaned, damage to the property, dog hair, tampons under bed, food under bed and sofa ,dog food on the rug. Otherwise the location was excellent. I probably won't stay again. Picture of property wasn't exactly as it was in reality.

Neat but not clean
The place looked nice, but I would strongly recommend not staying there till the property manager deals with the following issues:
The first major issue is a cockroach infestation. I personally saw 14 different cockroaches of varying sizes in the 3 nights I was there. Other members of my group saw many additional cockroaches.
The second issue is mouse poop in the cabinets in the kitchen. While I did not see any mice, we did have to clean up after them upon our arrival.
Third there was animal hair in our ‘clean’ linens that were dropped off/provided, and also on the floor when we arrived.
Fourth, there was no driveway, which was not a big deal, except the grass you walked through to get to the door was long and unkempt.
Fifth, there was mold in the ceiling above the shower downstairs.
**Again, WOULD NOT Recommend until above issues are addressed**
This property located at the right spot near to beach shores. We enjoyed with family and friends in May. Only concern we had was Internet not working, but host was able to provide with temporary solutions, otherwise I would have give 5 rating. It’s a nice place.
We went down with 20 women for a girl’s trip. The house held all of us comfortably with the help of air mattresses. It was spacious and the walk to the beach wasn’t terrible. Check in was so easy, I pulled up and grabbed my packet with the keys and was gone in less than a minute. The only two things wrong with this house was the fridge upstairs needs to be repaired as the shelves on the door were all broken and the upstairs oven took forever to heat up to temperature. Also, bring kitchen items such as baking pans, frying pans, can opener etc because it wasn’t stocked as expected. It did have a few things. Overall it was a great experience! And the lighthouse was beautiful in all of our pictures!
For the price I had to pay to rent this home, it had problems. MOLD as we went in we could smell the smell of mold.my mom who is on oxygen couldnt even stand in the house when we got there and opened it up.we had to let it air out for her to come in.even then she had trouble breathing.we spent most of our time for 3 days outside on the decks.i was scared for my mom to even sleep in the house.she is in very bad health.and this trip may be the last time we can have with her. I called the realtor office and left a message the night we arrived.next day I did get a call from manager of the office.she stated how sorry she was for the smell but PROMISED 100% SHE SAID IT WAS NOT MOLD IN THE HOUSE.she was very friendly said she would refund some money to me.but only place she had to move us to was at the other end of island and an old cottage type like the one we were in.so it would have the same type smell she said.but it only had 4 bedroom and slept 10.we were a family of 12.so we basically had no choice but to stay there 3 days.they did send man to fix a toilet that I told her had over flowed.oh the main smell was all down stairs in bottom floor of house.i couldn't go down there myself the smell was too strong.everyone squeezed in upstairs.i was scared and worried all weekend about my mom there is mold in that house I have pictures I took.its a nice enough home.also there was a few bugs we killed we saw.and be careful in the kitchen there's a rug that is hazardous.and some broken tiles near back door to deck.first time I've rented from realtor on a house.probley last.also my nephew did nothing but sneeze and had red eyes all weekend.
