Unit amenities include: free Wi-Fi, Washer & Dryer, Central AC & Heat Cable, Beach Equipment and 3TV's: 1 in each bedroom and 1 TV in the living room. Sleep 6. King, Queen and Queen Beds.
This Fort Myers vacation rental is part of the Fisherman's Cove Community and offers a swimming pool, workout room, community center, lakeside gazebo, community grills, and guest parking in the parking lot. 1 month min rental during peak season months Dec - April, rents from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month, all other months May - Nov rent monthly with any day check in, must complete the Fishermans Cove Lease Application and background screening online, the instructions are emailed to you upon booking after you have made your final payment to Royal Shell Vacations 60 days prior to arrival. The online lease application must be completed no less than 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL for rental approval, the online application fee is $150 per application (only married couples on one application), $40per person background check.
