The exterior of Unit 07 is where the studio shines. The unit overlooks the lake and offers a covered, private patio with a small two-seat dining table as well as direct water access. Guests can greet the morning with a mug of freshly brewed coffee from the comfort of their very own rental.

Visitors eager to spend their time relaxing near the unit will find the community pavilion, complete with charcoal grills and a swimming dock, to be of particular interest. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
