This condo was well appointed, clean and cozy! The location was great- only 10mins up the hill to Diamond Peak, 3 mins drive to the Hyatt and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!
You can walk to the beach, the Hyatt and others restaurants are near by. The property is very clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a hair dryer and extra towels, there were only 4 bath towels for 3 of us for 5 nights.
The property management team was exceptional!
The location, and amenities are terrific. If coming during the winter, the garage was great to avoid having to clean any snow.
Overall it was a good stay. The location is nice since there is a Rayley's right down the road, and plenty of restaurants around albeit a lot of them open up later in the day.
The one thing that wasn't very clear was that the sauna isn't in the unit and is in a separate building that you'll need to walk to. Also if you have a bigger car parking might be difficult since there are a limited number of spaces if your car doesn't fit in the garage.
Very clean and comfortable place. We loved looking out the floor to ceiling window when the snow was falling. Nice big TVs in every room. Basic kitchen supplies, you might want to bring extra spices. The garage is great to keep the car inside during rain or snow but it is separated from the unit. The outdoor parking space is also separated from the unit it’s a few minutes walk away.
Great communications with the property owner/manager. They are very fast to reply if you have any questions or needs. Thank you.
Very convenient location; walked to everything we did except to King's Beach. Some minor maintenance is needed to the guest shower door but it did not prevent us from using it. One of the guest bedroom closet doors was inoperable. The beds were comfortable, nice towels, basic kitchen supplies were adequate. There were no hair dryers but the property manager delivered one upon request. We had wanted to use use the hot tub but the signs were confusing. Best to check with the property manager before you go to be sure the hot tub in your community is open for use. The garage door opener did not work so we had to park in the overflow parking spots. On 3 occasions, they were all taken so we had to park in the next community. That was a bit difficult after dark with the minimal lighting on the property at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

McCloud 170/ Unit 5
We arrived in evening and had a difficult time finding unit due to poor lighting throughout development. The address that was given could only be viewed on one side of signpost. Once we figured out the correct entrance to unit the unit number was barely visible. The unit is smaller than viewed due as the mirrored wall made dining room/living room appear larger. Unit is good for 2-3 adults maximum. I requested washcloths but no response from mgmt. so I purchased dishcloths at supermarket to use instead. The carpeting and dry heat in unit made it difficult for me sleep as I have allergies/asthma. I located a small humidifier in unit which was somewhat helpful. The inner lining of shower curtain contained mold/mildew like stains so I removed inner lining after discovering the stains. The unit was centrally located to several ski area, a local supermarket, and a full service recreational center.

We had a great time at the McCloud Property. Not only was the property perfect, but the property manager Goldfish was very helpful and friendly. Highly Recommended!
Amenities were excellent, location was excellent. The property was NOT handicap accessible, stairs and parking would have been challenging.
AC would have been a nice for HOT weather, fans were adequate for low to mid 80’s
Way too many fees for a short stay.
Sue at Goldfish was incredibly responsive even at times it would have been her personal time. The condo was better than I expected. Clean. Breezy. Simple. Couple small items: One Toilet was broken the whole trip and the shower curtain in the other kept falling down. Great though beds were very comfortable. Just enough room. JC
We had a wonderful trip. This location is around 7 minutes from Diamond Peak. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is minimally supplied as is the board game selection, so bring anything you might want. There is a BBQ to use, which we loved. The garage is a very tight fit. We have a Volvo XC90 & we opted to park outside. There is a coffee place & yummy ice cream place just up the street…a big plus for my family.
I rated communication with property manager a 5 since we didn’t need to communicate with them & a NA option wasn’t available
McCloud location is great. This condo was perfect. Clean and comfy. Everything was as stated online. Would have liked a couple more bath towels but otherwise awesome.
