We are excited to invite you to stay at the Silver Plume Ski Lodge. Our home is easy to get to and close to so many Colorado activities such as:
- Skiing - the largest house near Loveland Ski Area--7 minutes away!, 25 min to Araphahoe Basin, 30 min to Keystone
- Hiking - only a few miles from Grays and Torreys Peak trail heads and miles of other trails in close proximity
- Biking - beautiful mountain biking off of Guanella Pass and surrounding area, road biking from Loveland Ski area all the way down to Georgetown and beyond.
-Rafting & Ziplines - Take the plunge down the Class-I to IV rapids on the Clear Creek. There are several nearby outfitters who can guide you downriver or provide entertainment for all ages at their adventure parks.
- Fishing - our home has 275 feet of Clear Creek frontage so you can fish right out the back door.
- Motorcycling - our home is a perfect home base for touring through the Rocky Mountains on your motorcycle. All roads are paved to the house.

- An incredible great room with an HDTV (including NFL Sunday Ticket), a pool table, a wet bar, and a wood-burning fireplace
- Gourmet kitchen with 6 burner range & commercial hood. PLUS an additional kitchenette set up.

- Apartment common area with a pull out (2-mattress) trundle bed
- 1,000 sf of deck outside including a gas grill, hot tub, and a fire pit

This was a great property for our ski trip to Loveland Ski Area! Only a 20 minute drive to the hill! We got dressed at the house and drove over!!! We had 6 couples and plenty of room! The owners had everything that you needed including plenty of lotion since it is so dry in Colorado, we appreciated that!!! If we decide to come back next year, we will definitely come back here!!! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend with or family. Silver Plume Ski Lodge was very accommodating and comfortable for all.Erin, our host, was great to deal with. Easter Ski Trip

This place was perfect for our stay to go skiing at Loveland Ski area over Easter weekend. There was plenty of space, and we loved the family/rec room with a pool table and TV. The large deck and hot tub were also a hit. This was a wonderful experience for our family!

Fantastic

This was a perfect place for our group to be for the Slacker. Plenty of amenities and little extras that you don’t often see in a short-term rental. Blow dryers, lotion, white noise machines, fans, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you could need for cooking and feeding your crew. The property is beautiful and the creek in the back was cold and felt great on the Slackers’ sore muscles. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a really great place to stay near Georgetown. Thanks Aaron!

Great home base

The Silver Plume Ski Lodge was the perfect home base for our group of two families. The house is large, everything is stocked, the kitchen is well equipped and there is even a heated garage.The location is perfect if you’re planning to ski/snowboard at Loveland. It’s right off the highway but the house is well sound proofed and you don’t hear much road noise.All of the rooms areon the top floor and there are ample bathrooms to give everyone privacy. The apartment bedrooms were sought after by the kids!It was really nice to have two sets of washers and dryers. The hot tub was great after a long day on the mountain.Aaron was a fantastic host and was always available when we had questions. We definitely hope to stay here again!

100% the best cabin rental I've ever done for a large group

This property was freaking AWESOME. There were 10 of us total for 3 nights here and this cabin had more than enough room for all of us. A few members of our group were single so all of the bedrooms were taken plus the day bed because those group members preferred having a bed to themselves, but if you double up in each bed there is room for 14. There are two full kitchens plus a bar area, a very spacious living room/sitting area with the pool table, and plenty of nooks and crannies to curl up and read a book or take some time to wind down after activities in the mountains. Plus the hot tub!! The cabin was also a prime location for getting to Loveland and Arapahoe Basin. Winter Park is a little further away, but it shaves down the time spent in traffic significantly. It's also just a couple miles from Silver Plume and Georgetown. Aaron was very friendly to interact with and prompt with responses and was so nice to let us check in a little early. On top of all of this, the prices for the stay were incredibly affordable. I can't believe we nabbed such a nice place for what we paid! There are so many little thoughtful amenities like coffee, popcorn, oatmeal, games, etc all laid out for guests to use. We had only good things to say about the place and not a single complaint. We have already bookmarked the Vrbo listing for future use if it is open, as well as recommended it to a couple of other friends who are looking to book a cabin for large groups. Useful info for future guests: there is the sweetest black and white pup from the neighbors who came to visit us a few times a day for some pets (and we all ran outside as fast as we could to give them to her!). Her name is Lucy. If you see her, just know that the neighbors (who are also very nice, by the way) have a dog door so she comes and goes as she pleases. It was cold one night and I called the number on her collar because I didn't know if her owners knew she was out adventuring!

Friends Trip to Colorado

Has Everything!

Stayed for Thanksgiving week with family. This house truly has absolutely everything you need for time in the mountains. The multiple bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great! We skied Loveland which was only 10 mins away! Highway was not a bother since the house is surrounded by trees and the creek running behind is just beautiful! Will save this property for the future!

Brian is a realtor in Golden, Erin is a corporate event planner-turned-stay-at-home mom and Aaron is a small business owner in Denver. In our spare time, we love to enjoy the mountains in every way possible - particularly skiing!
