Christmas Present

We gave this vacation to our children for Christmas. We stayed over New Years and my birthday. Tobias at the Ritz helped us plan our daily activities. The home was perfect for us. 6 adults and 2 children. The home was spotless and if there was a problem, it was corrected by the staff almost immediately. Of course, the weather was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Perfect place in a perfect place!

The property was spotlessly clean and very well furnished… great view of the pools and ocean. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked with dishes and everything you need to pull off big dinners and even eat dinner out on the balcony with a big table. Great location on the resort, along with a very high level service from the staff at the ritz. Having your own Conceirge was super valuable for getting any and everything done. Free valet parking was also super handy, as camana bay is a 5 minute drive so to be able to pop over for gelato&co and back for sunset… ya, that was worth it. Definitely a perfect place to bring your family & friends for a couple weeks. Seriously a flawless property at a fantastic place on cayman.

However, for people staying 5 or more days, the Ritz should supply fresh towels and restock shampoo, conditioner, etc. at least once during a stay without an extra charge.
