Great for girls' trip

My friends and I had a lovely time. The living/kitchen area was perfect for our little group. We loved the location and the hot tub.

Quick walk to downtown

10 min walk to downtown. Some of the previous reviews mentioned no privacy with neighbors, there have been blinds added on those windows. Hot tub was clean and hot. A little light on kitchen supplies, ie pizza pan and pizza cutter, but all the rest of the basics are there. Would definitely stay again.

Relax and Unwind

Loved the open floor plan. Its a perfect place to enjoy time and connect with the family. Hot tub was perfect too. It just a short walk from bustling downtown Fredericksburg with fun shopping, restaurants, museums, etc.,

Clean and comfy

We had a great time between sitting around the large island and using the hot tub. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. A previous review mentioned that during the night you cannot see outside but those outside can see in, this is a true statement. It did not bother us since we did not hang out or sleep in the living room area after dark. We believe the windows were installed backwards. Recommendation would be to stock the kitchen better to accommodate 6 people; it was low on plates and coffee cups. Also, have the drawers looked at since they seem to have trouble staying on the tracks. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely rebook this house!
