This year round retreat at Beach Horizons cottage awaits! Rare cozy, clean find in the heart of Grand Bend. A short four minute stroll to the breathtaking beach and main area- explore, dine & shop. Spacious front deck to soak in the sun, barbeque Relaxation awaits. This cozy cottage is best suited for smaller families, couples or travelling on your own. Beach Horizons is winterized for year round enjoyment. The cottage now has a five person hot tub in the quaint backyard along with a wall mounted fireplace in the living room. Enjoy all seasons Grand Bend has to offer. The cottage is private for guests use only with simple, easy check-in.

* Wall mounted fireplace in living room
* Unlimited wifi internet
* Cottage has a TV unit (no cable); however, an Amazon fire stick is available for use which allows guests to access the cottage Netflix account
* As mentioned above, due to COVID 19 circumstances, please bring your own linens, pillows and towels
* Ample front parking for two vehicles in front designated area
* The master bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans ( if portable fans are available )
*Quaint back yard
* Kitchen is fully equipped and has extras (Keurig deluxe & pressure cooker).

The unique loft area has a double bed and is accessible by a ladder (please exercise safety when using). Beach Horizons cottage has a minimum of a two night rental.

PLEASE NOTE: Beds are only equipped with a clean fitted mattress cover and a protective cover underneath. *Guests of the cottage are required to bring their OWN top sheets, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. *

Great location but very small for the price

Pros: The location of this little cabin is terrific. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach or into town. The street was quiet. We appreciated that they provided coffee and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. We also enjoyed the access to Netflix and the hot tub out back. The managers were responsive to emails/texts and check in was easy. Cons: The cabin wasn't very clean when we arrived. The floors were gritty, the loft dusty and the deck hadn't been cleaned. There is a window air conditioner in the kitchen that serves the entire house. To get any air, bedroom doors must remain open. The bedrooms are very small and fit only the bed and two side tables. There are hooks on the wall to hang things. I think it would be tough to fit six people comfortably. We were three adults and found it very tight. The loft is small and challenging to access. It's probably best suited for children. We also didn't like having to bring our own sheets and towels. This is mentioned in the additional details but we missed it. Our fault. Thankfully, an email was sent the day before check in reminding us so we were prepared.

A little gem in a unique beach cottage community

I just spent five nights at the Beach Horizons with my husband and our family dog. The entire property is very well maintained with plenty details of care. Sarah has everything we needed in the kitchen; she also has a great taste in decorating the space. She offered us great flexibilities in checking in and checking out. Also, the annual pass to the Pinery Provincial Park is a real treat. We went there three days out of five and spent lots of time hiking the trails and strolling on the beach which has NO commercial activities at all. The beach at the Grand Bend near the property is also lovely. The location of the cottage is fantastic; it is minutes away from the beach and the main street, and as soon as we get off the main street, the entire street quietened down. Lovely

This property is great for all grand bend has to offer. Good golf, great beach, close to restaurants. 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids would be my suggestion Very nice.
