Very nice and comfortable. Only thing was outside seating area. The birds had made a mess everywhere. Couldn’t use that space.

Christmas in Gilbert

The property was exceptionally clean. The amenities were all in great condition. The host even decorated the home for Christmas which was a nice extra touch. We loved the location to downtown Gilbert which was a short 2 block walk. The outdoor lighting and gas firepit were awesome for evenings outside. Our small dog loved the nice fenced in yard. We highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the Gilbert area. We will definitely stay at this property on our next trip. Five stars!!

Best Stay Ever in the Gilbert Area! Location, location, location. Very homey feeling.

My husband and I, along with 2 corgis stayed here. Oh my gosh! We loved staying here, it is very homey and was very welcoming & it made us know we definitely made the right decision to move to the Gilbert area for the next few years. Felt very safe here and had tons of room in the home & outside, we stayed for 4 nights before we moved into our apartment nearby. Within walking distance to restaurants & shops. It was very clean upon arrival & it had everything we needed for cooking to the board games for entertainment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in staying in the area.

Perfect location to downtown Gilbert

Absolutely enjoyed this property during our stay. Home has nice open, floor plan that is very inviting. Bedrooms had plenty of space and beds were comfy. Yard is so relaxing with peaceful areas to sit in front yard and back. Loved sitting outside at night with string lights on and a nice fire going. Couldn’t believe how close we were to downtown Gilbert. Neighborhood is safe and walkable to downtown. Plenty of places to eat. Try JoyRide Taco House for dinner and Topo for dessert. The Prickly Pear ice cream is worth it.

Cute little gem in downtown Gilbert!

House is adorable! Clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious living area. Nice little yard. Great location near downtown. Walked to OHSO (breakfast at a brewery, I think yes!) and Culinary Dropout. In town to visit family, the house gave us a great spot for us to stay within walking distance of "stuff" to do and meet up with friends. It's a little hidden gem. Perfect for 4 adults and 1 small elderly dog (who also enjoyed breakfast at OHSO.) Would definitely stay again.

Location to downtown Gilbert

We had a really nice stay at this place. First off the location is amazing. Everything in downtown Gilbert is within walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I could complain about which is so minor is we would have appreciated some directions on how to use the fireplace outside. We never did use it but that would have been something we would have thought about using. It was a very comfortable 2 bedroom house and the parking was easy and plenty. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, easy, great for dogs, wonderful location, strong internet, comfy beds

Title says it all: My family of four stayed over spring break with our two dogs. The house is simple, but exactly as depicted. In addition, the kitchen is wonderfully appointed if you plan to cook, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the WiFi is strong to support devices and the smart TV. Bring your log in information for TV apps, like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, HBO, etc., but all apps are pre-loaded. The backyard is perfect for the dogs. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the fun, little Gilbert downtown. Great experience.

Cozy Little Bungalow

Hidden adorable home in the heart of downtown. Easily walkable to many doggo friendly restaurants. (Bonus! Doggos welcome!) Comfortable. Cozy. Spacious living area. Although we didn't use the kitchen - with so many restaurants nearby, we didnt need to - it appeared to be well appointed and fully stocked. Clean. Cute little backyard. Perfect for staying with our daughter and son-in-law while visiting family and friends nearby. Surprisingly quiet when considering proximity to live music venues and the apartment complex. Would stay again!

Clean, Bright, Convenient

We stayed here for three weeks in January. We were a party of three adults and came to Gilbert to visit family and enjoy some sunshine and warmer temperatures. The home was very pleasant. Clean, bright and well stocked with kitchen necessities, paper goods, cleaning supplies and linens. We were welcomed with snacks and bottles of water. There were K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer and spices available. The laundry even included detergent and dryer sheets. The location of the home was perfect for us. There are numerous restaurants, a farmers market every Saturday and walking/biking paths within blocks of the house. You can sit outside and enjoy the sun and read a book. Or drive to Veterans Oasis Park or the Riparian Preserve for a nice stroll around the ponds. Our host Chrissy kept us informed about things happening around the house, such as the city maintenance of the water pipes, the pest control service and when trash pick up was. There was a problem with a sprinkler and she had the landscaper there to repair it the next day.We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.
