Off the kitchen, you'll find the coolest bathroom in town. With stunning geometric tiles and a massive walk-in shower with a seating bench, this bathroom is fun and inviting, and a double vanity offers plenty of room for you and your guests.

Step outside and the real fun begins. The beautifully restored front porch offers plenty of space to lounge and gather. Draw the curtains for additional privacy, or to shade yourself from the afternoon sun, and spread out on the spacious sectional. Follow the lighted path to the back of the house, and you will find the most amazing backyard in the neighborhood -- custom designed and accessible, the backyard offers hammocks, outdoor lounge areas, and a Weber propane grill. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing!

Nice place and close to everything

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked great! Note that there are steep, narrow stairs from the door to the first floor, which has the kitchenette and bathroom (with a FABULOUS shower). There is another set of steep, narrow stairs to the main living area with the living room and bedroom. Our little schnauzer was freaked out by the stairs at times (the hardwood made them slippery for her), and it really stinks when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but the place was very nice and has super comfy beds. The neighborhood could be sketchy in spots, but it felt walkable during the daytime. We had a bit of an issue with other tenants taking our parking spot, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I would say we really enjoyed our stay—especially the proximity to the downtown area, which is where we spent most of our time. Thank you for a nice time!

Perfect get away

My wife and I were in Birmingham and didn’t want to drive home that night so we found this cozy get away for the night and it was perfect. It had a ton of character and everything we needed to be comfortable for a night away from home! Will definitely stay here again if needing a place to stay in Bham.

Cute and clean!

Very nice. Perfect size for parents and 2 college kids. Stairs were narrow and steep but no problem as long as mobility isn’t limited. Cleanest place I’ve stayed- looked brand new. “Kitchen” was only for coffee or take out but that was fine. Had coffee and tea- local good stuff! Had a bit of an IKEA/ European flair to the unit, and a nice deck and outside area. Street parking was fine, had to walk 1/2 a block in this transitioning residential area. Not scary but not all grandparents and young families. Some houses in the area were a bit more rental feeling but not bad. Overall we had a great time and would happily rent again.
