FAST wifi, & a 52inch smart T.V with Netflix is included. Heated floors plus air conditioned for your comfort. Separate thermostats are in each Bedroom and living area.
BEDROOM 2 IS AN OPTION: A SECOND QUEENSIZE BEDROOM AVAILABLE ALLOWING 4 GUESTS RATHER THAN 1 BEDROOM FOR 2 GUESTS. THE MINIMAL UP-CHARGE FOR B/R 2 IS $30.00 / NIGHT per guest over the 2 in room #1.
