Great place! Unit was perfect for our needs. Everything you would need for a week away. Such a convenient location for the beach, shopping, restaurants and more- all within a block! Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay here! It’s easy to walk to the shopping/dining areas, close to the beach, and the pool is nice as well. The unit was nicely decorated and worked out well for our group of 4. And the host was very responsive when I reached out with questions.

Perfect Location!!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect to walk to the beach, shops and places to eat. The neighborhood is beautiful! We loved the pool as well and the backpack beach chairs and umbrella were perfect! We would highly recommend this property! The condo itself was very clean, comfy beds and great kitchen appliances!

Great location and beach access

Its hard to beat this location! Tight for a family of 5, but totally worth it... close to shops and restaurants. Being across the street from the beach makes it easy to go back and forth for lunch, bathroom, snacks etc. Pool is huge!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was perfectly located and the unit itself was plenty of space for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and town. The pool on property was better than expected. Hope to stay again in the future!

Stayed five nights in this unit. The unit is recently renovated and with all new furnishings. The proximity to the beach and restaurants make the location outstanding. Loved staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Old Naples. I loved that you could go shopping and out to eat in Old Naples. We were visiting family close by. The kids stayed in the twin bedroom, and I enjoyed there was a comfortable king bed. You're a few houses down from the beach. Lovely art Deco building. The renovations on this unit are excellently designd. We had everything we needed for our stay including high-end toiletries.

Cousins trip

My 80 year old cousin and I completely loved this small unit. The renovation was extremely well done. The unit is one block from the beach and one block from 3rd. Take the time to explore the beautiful homes in this upscale neighborhood. Our host was fantastic and answered questions immediately for us. Highly recommend staying here while visiting the most friendly city we have experienced.

This condo is just perfect! We came in over spring break with my teenage daughter and her friend. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable, the condo is perfectly clean and very well appointed. Trish was absolutely amazing!! We arrived a bit earlier than our check in time and she graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the condo so that we were able to run to the grocery store and grab lunch. She gave us a welcome call our first day to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo has a laundry facility on site, you can use your credit card to operate the machines. They have a storage locker that contains beach chairs and an umbrella that we were so grateful to have as we used them every single day. They also provided a larger cooler bag and a small igloo cooler that were so handy and very appreciated. But let's talk about this location - it could not be more perfect! Literally one block and you're at the beach. Walk just one block east and you're at the Third Street district with so many great shops and restaurants. We walked to dinner almost every night and the girls loved the cute surf shop that's right around the corner. We barely used the pool but it's cute and the perfect size....it was a nice break one day when the wind made the beach a little too chilly. Overall the week went by way too quickly and we will most definitely stay here again next time we visit Naples. Thank you Trish! :)

This property is very clean and a 2.5 minute walk from your door to the beach water!

The appointment is very clean and the check-in process was easy. The property manager was fantastic. The apartment is incredibly close to the beach, and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The entire property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. They have several beach chairs, a cooler on wheels and an umbrella for guests to use. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Experience!

Location, location, location! This condo could not be in a more perfect location in the Naples area! We could walk right across the street to the beach and I y two blocks from amazing restaurants and shops. The condo is newly renovated and well kept. The pool is a nice size and Trista was very accommodating and great to work with. We will be back!

Fabulous Vacation!

Trista is an excellent host. She was very communicative and responds promptly to any request or question. She is extremely pleasant and professional. Additionally, she shared a list of local restaurants and activities which we found helpful. The apartment is clean and well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and even sunscreen are provided. The kitchen has every cooking utensil and appliance needed for meal preparation. Fabulous location - 1/2 block from the beach and a block from restaurants and stores. A lovely place to stay! Thank you, Trista.

Wonderful Location - close to beach, shops, large pool. Highly Recommend!

With my husband recovering from knee replacement surgery, we were looking for a relaxing get-away with no stairs and short steps to pool or beach. This unit was simply stellar in being suitable to all our needs. Trista is highly communicative and answered all of questions. She has the place well-organized with simple instructions outlined. Despite proximity to all amenities, it's a quiet, safe area and the beach was fairly vacant. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Incredible condo & location!

We absolutely loved our short family getaway at this property! The condo is equipped with everything you may need for a great trip!
