A little unpretentious cosy 2 bedroom post WW2 house with a secure yard in Kedron. Pet friendly with up to 4 pets allowed. Clean neat newly renouvated upstairs with timber floors with an old untouched extension downstair suitable for your storage. One double bed room and a 2 bed king single bedroom. Neat new little kitchen with all appliances except a diswasher. Airconditioner in main bedroom and lounge. Secure yard with 1.2 m fences, and across the street from a off-leash dog park and lovely walking paths through the historic cemetary. Lovely coffee shop 300m walk. Just 2 Km from The Prince Charles Hospital and just 30M to Bus stop to city and hospital.

Good place to stay, communication with owner was great and a lovely person. It was good that i was able to take my pets to this location. Would recommend.
