Looking for space, privacy and a comfortable holiday home? This Springlands property will perfectly accommodate a family, couple or friends looking for a getaway in sunny Marlborough.

The home provides large open plan living flowing through the lounge, dining and into the kitchen. Boasting three double bedrooms, and modern bathroom. Outdoor living is ideal with a sun soaked patio off the lounge, a pool area and heaps of outdoor space.

You'll be the ideal temperature throughout the seasons with fireplace and heat pump in the living rooms and a second heat pump in the hallway.

The property is surrounded by trees and gardens creating a sense of privacy and a sense of country living. Fully fenced including an electric gate, making it safe and convenient.


- All pets are subject to final approval.
- Please be aware this property is on septic tank and water bore.

** We have removed the bunks: It is now 1x Queen and 1x Single Bed.

**The pool is closed down from 30th April to 1st October

Very nice property and welcoming on arrival with the lights and heating on for us already as well as the welcoming chocolates for the kids. Clean overall and the bedrooms area great. Two heat pumps and a fireplace. Located close to town and shops, Parks and golf club as well as the pie shop up the road. World famous in Blenheim! Has got to be the best pies and variety I've tried anywhere. Make sure you try! Turn right from leaving the house then left at the roundabout.

We loved all the amenities, the beds , bathroom etc but thought you may like to know the following...The auto gate does not close smoothly, gets stuck on the cog wheels; toilet lid bangs you in the back when you sit on seat; couldn't find instructions for tv; did not use your pillows in patio bedroom, had my own; air con in that room on all the tine; vacuum cleaner not easy to clean into corners; pool needs chlorine added. Apart from that we really appreciated our stay in your house Sarah. Thank you. Di.

Clean, tidy, comfy. Beds were all comfy. The front door is VERY sticky so it feels rather like you are about to break off some of the frame when opening. Enjoyed our stay and looking to come back next year.
