Situated on a quiet street directly across from a large oval and only 200 metres from the beach, this house has features all guests will enjoy.

Swainson on Lexington is the epitome of comfort with a balcony overlooking the park and a barbecue in the courtyard area with seating for ten. A spacious dining area to seat four and the ideal cook’s kitchen is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a lovely night relaxing together. On a sunny morning, open up the curtains and enjoy the natural light beaming in from the windows. To bring the outdoors in, open up the sliding glass door and savour the breeze.
While downstairs has the open plan living area of dreams, a walk through laundry and small half bathroom off to the side, upstairs includes three good sized bedrooms, the main bathroom with a bath-tub, and an ensuite.
The bedrooms all fit with spacious wardrobes, also have large windows to help bring in fresh air and natural light. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.

As keys are accessed through a contactless method where you will collect keys from a lockbox at the property. Check in is at any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!

Car parking is in the secure, undercover driveway for two cars. If you have a third or fourth car they can be parked on the driveway. Please contact us for an explanation of on-street parking options.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
