This stunning new addition to Spring Brook's vacation home family offers all the conveniences to be your Home Away From Home. Enjoy the resort amenities or take advantage of the home's many indoor and outdoor features including ample deck space, a gas grill and a campfire ring located just steps from the home. Casa Bella sleeps a maximum of 16 people.

The main level of the home boasts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a cozy soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The remaining main level bedrooms come equipped with TVs, one with a king and the other with a queen. Dinner time is a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, table and additional seating at the counter. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the adjacent dining room. After meals, retire to the great room living area complete with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and mounted flat screen TV.

Guests will appreciate the lower level for the fun cave and additional sleeping arrangements. The sizable finished basement has three bedrooms with queen size beds and TVs. The highlight of the lower level though is the large recreation room featuring a large screen TV and a Pool Table. Bring on the fantasy draft, golf outing or girls' weekend! A full size sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests is furnished. Premium Wireless internet is provided throughout the home.

A large laundry room with washer and dryer complete the list of conveniences provided. The house is a short drive to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop.

Home sleeps maximum of 16, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required. Must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 21 years of age or older.

Annual getaway in the Dells

We thought the house was fairly clean…the silverware however all needed to be washed again before use. There also wasn’t enough cookware, there was one small sautée pan and a pressure cooker pot and some cookie sheets. Other than that we had a great time as always aside from a few details.

Wonderful way to celebrate!

We had a great time celebrating my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. This home had a great amount of space for all 12 of us, with ages from 1-1/2 to 70. It was conveniently located to everything that we wanted to do. It also has a great community feel. The community pools, play area and restaurant was a nice perk. We had a great time and made a lot of wonderful memories!
