Great Basecamp!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy cabin. The size was perfect for our family of 4 and enjoyed the front porch, outdoor firepit (even in the snow!) and the woodstove inside. House was clean and the kitchen was the best appointed I've seen in a rental!

Spacious Rental Close to Sunriver

This place did the trick for a group that was rarely there but appreciated the breather from our reunion and crowds in SR. We were especially grateful for the large, clean refrigerator, the hot tub, the roomy main bathroom, and the washer/dryer.

Enjoyed our stay

We thought this home was located in Sun River but it's actually a little bit of a drive from there. Smelled strongly of marijuana when we arrived. The code provided did not let us in, but was able to call and get another code. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great location

Pros: the kitchen & bathrooms were nice & clean, great location, loved the outdoor space and privacy of this house. Cons: the carpet was extremely dirty with fresh stains upon arrival. Very dirty rugs which made the house feel dirty. Smelled like urin & cigarettes. Needed more info on where to place trash as we had infants & spent thanksgiving in this home so had a lot of trash. Was disappointed in the house for being such a high price. Pictures were deceiving.

The stay was short and sweet. No A/C which is a bummer but several box fans. Backyard was over grown and unkept. Very uninviting to be in the backyard. Seemed clean enough. Throw blankets were covered in hair, there were oreo crumbs on the computer chair and found a pair of baby shorts under one of the beds which tells me the house isn't being thoroughly cleaned. I wouldn't necessarily book this house again, especially for the price, but it was an ok weekend.

Beautiful place and location with so much potential.

Beautiful place and location. However, the place was dirty, with sticky substance on door knobs, kitchen counters and stuff on mirror. Hot tub was also dirty. Light bulbs burnt out. Faucets had to be turned off just right or they kept running. Couch, ottoman, and dinning chairs were broken and a possible hazard due to them being so unstable. Very uncomfortable. Says it sleeps six, but beds were small, and not enough seating for 6 in the living room. They only left 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and 6 people, plan to bring your own. No storage container to store food after making it. There was only 5 towels to use for the hot tub. There was only 2 kitchen towels, and they wanted you to hand wash the pots, pans and knifes, with no drying rack. More supplies would be nice or atleast an email head of time letting us know to bring more towel and supplies like toilet paper. There is so much potential for this place, but needs some upkeep and deep clean.

I would not stay here again.

Smelled of cigarette smoke. Carpets are worn and wrinkled and a tripping hazard for my mother. Closets so full of dressers, amazon boxes and decorations that there was almost no place to hang clothes or stash suitcases. Rooms are extremely small. "Extensive outdoor space" was almost all weeds with few amenities. Was reasonably clean, bathrooms upgraded. Family members staying nearby had much nicer places for similar cost. Way too many promo emails from the property manager.

Spring Break Getaway

We were really impressed with this property. The back yard was spacious and fenced-perfect for the fur baby! My 7 year old, actually all of us, loved the hot tub, perfect after a day at Mt. Bachelor. Everything provided in the kitchen to use was high quality, and the beds were really comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for our Sunriver Thanksgiving with our adult kids! Very comfortable house. Wood-burning stove was terrific. Great kitchen with full set of high quality cookware! Highly recommend!!
