Walking distance to local restaurants, cafes, chocolate shop, Mangawhai Tavern, shops, estuary, 2x local markets on Saturdays. 5 minute drive to main shops, MAZ (Mangawhai activity zone) which is great for the kids with skate park, pump track, playground, mountain bike trails and coffee cart for the adults. 7 mins to surf beach. Spacious kitchen and lounge. 3 bedrooms. Private deck to relax on. Aircon/heating. WIFI , freeview TV via Chromecast. Nespresso coffee machine for that morning wake up call. L) side unit only.
