About this property

A renovated large 4 bedroom home that has a homely but beach vibe to it with the beach just a few minutes walk. Within the house we have a number of beds, which all have fresh hotel quality linen. Guests can enjoy themselves in the spacious open plan living area with plenty of seating and French doors opening out onto a private brick courtyard with an established multi level garden setting. After a day at the beach, this is the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and share stories or relax and unwind in our indoor / outdoor space.

Lovely property and well situated near the beach. Shame that the spa was not operational otherwise a very pleasant stay, thank you very much

Cozy and comfortable

Really nice and cozy place to stay with excellent room/bed arrangements. Lovely sunny and secluded backyard. Kitchen was well provisioned with all the cooking equipment we needed.

Beautiful girls weekend

We loved our stay in Kai Iwi! The property has a beautiful garden and outdoor area, with a lovely jacuzzi. In the living area there is enough space to sit comfortable and there are lots of beds for a big group of people. The kitchen has everything you need to make big group dinners! We absolutely loved spending time here with our girlfriends, thank you!
