About this property

Picturesque 3 bedroom cottage 90 minutes away from Toronto. Located on Gouette Island with boat access and amazing views with lots to do. Family friendly. Whether you relax on the 20x20 dock with tiki bar, swim off the dock, kayak or fish or relax. This 3 season cottage holds 10-12 guests comfortably. 3 bedrooms, a bunkie with 2 sets of bunk beds and 1.5 bathrooms. With a/c, sauna, wifi, bbq, dishwasher and laundry facilities. You will enjoy the beautiful views on the property and enjoy the most amazing sunset.
Weekly rentals receive a $700 credit for a boat rental and a shuttle on pontoon boat at the beginning of your stay and at the end there are boat rentals available through Six mile lake marina or Diverse rentals in Midland if you do not have a boat. Located on Little Lake on Trent Severn Waterway, 5 minute boat ride from Starport Marina where the parking is included. Easy 5 minute kayak to Gloucester Pool Resort Marina which has small convenient store.

Such a fun & beautiful spot

We rented this with another family (kids ranging 9-3yrs) and it was non-stop fun. The view and different spots to Lounge were amazing. The kids loved the beach, Lilly pad and kayaks. The dock is perfect for spending all day, even equipped with a tiki bar, blue tooth speakers, and a bar fridge. We did many camp fires and sat on the dock and watched the huge boats go by. It is a jem!

Amazing getaway

Renting was super easy, they provided everything we needed, clean and cozy the sauna was a super cool touch and the view was beyond beautiful such a perfect getaway for people of all ages still daydreaming about watching the hockey game at the tiki bar watching the sunset
