Great location and cottage

Lovely cottage on the lake with sand beach and dock. It has 2 units which worked out great for our family as one our sons has a small baby that is up most nights. There are only 6 chairs around the table in the larger unit so if you have more family members you may want to bring foldable chairs. We had a great time and highly recommend this place. It must be lovely in the winter for families who ski!

Disappointing

Owner could not provide on time check in due to cleaning issues. Cleanliness did not meet expectations, dirty laundry from previous guests still in the hamper. Basic supplies such as linens, toilet paper were not provided and should be a basic provision for this type of rental. There were no doors on 2 of the 3 bedrooms for the children. Beach access was unmaintained, full of seaweed sludge. Spent most of the first day trying to make it usable so the children could play in the sand. This was not as advertised in the posting. Overall did not meet expectations.

Time away

We were pleased at how fast the host got back to us when we had questions. We didn't know ahead of time that 2 bedrooms didn't have an indoor connection and to get from one to the other you had to go outside. It will be good when the doors are back on the 2 bedrooms. Otherwise it was good.
