Enter the back veranda and you automatically feel a part of the Australian bush. The garden area has a large, grassed lawn for the kids to play on, a swing and a fire pit large enough for the whole family to sit around. There is a two-car garage accessible to guests it has been set up as an extra entertaining space for guests. Whilst you are unable to park in the garage, there is plenty of room to park your car on the property, though there is no other covered areas. We just ask that no cars be driven behind the house and remain in the front area of the property. The house is filled with natural light and enjoys all that comes with living in the country.

For those with little ones, the property does have a fence around the house you will need to be mindful of this as you are in the country. You are free to roam around the 40 hectare of bushlands that surrounds the property at your own risk. There two dams at the rear of the property which can be reached by following the dirt path leading back behind the sheds to the rear of the property. The two front dams are located to the left hand side of the block as you drive up to the home.

GUEST ACCESS
You will need a vehicle to get around the area. There is plenty of room out the front of the property to park your vehicles. No cars are allowed around the back area. There is also the double garage for guests use.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Whilst ‘Bundara’ is not in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night and after 10pm. Complaints by the neighbours will see your booking terminated on the spot with no refund.

Once you turn off Wollombi Road onto the road leading to the property, you will have about 3.5km of dirt road until you reach the property gate. Once you enter the property you have another 600m till you reach the house along a dirt track. Whilst a 4x4, SUV and sedan will make it along these roads, we ask you to be mindful of this as in the wet the roads can cause issues for certain cars. You are also to follow the track and not make any new ones.

Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, UHT milk, cling wrap etc). There are shops close by for you to be able to purchase items from. Complementary coffee pods are provided for guests, however again only a small amount. If you would like more, you will need to purchase them for an Aldi compatible pod machine.

The use of the firepit is subject to council regulations and fire restrictions. NO trees are to be cut down on the property, though you are welcome to burn any branches found on the ground. You are also to ensure that the area is extinguished before turning in for the evening. You can purchase fire wood if required from one of the local service stations.

**The property is on septic. For this reason no other item but toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet. If you do flush something down other than toilet paper you will be responsible for the costs incurred from this.**

Great Spot
Great location and well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids. House had plenty of room for us and was nice and warm. Wide slashed paths through the property to the dams etc. Driveway had been repaired, access to the property was easy. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Country Weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Millfield and had a brilliant time. Beautiful setting, very peaceful and great for group of friends of 2 or even 3 families. Beds were comfy, house was very clean with a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Just a few minor points to be mindful of: * There was no firewood for the indoor fireplace or outdoor firepit so BYO before you arrive * The track to the house was not easy for a 2WD, highly recommend a 4WD and one with high clearance * It wasn't very well communicated that guests are required to take their rubbish and recycling down to the gate so best to do that every time you head out (don't go looking for the bins in the garage, there aren't any :D)

Wonderful getaway location
The location was private and peaceful but also close to the town. Everything was clean. There was lots to do with the trampoline, flying fox, fire place, swing, tight rope, board games, BBQ, Netflix. My friends and I had a rally lovely time

The property is beautiful
It should be advised that it’s a rough drive from the street to the house. A small car would have trouble. We lost power for one of the days so this meant no water, showers or toilet as the water is on pumps. The is house very nice and the property is quiet and scenery is beautiful

Exceptional Stay
Our stay was beyond excellent, and I would recommend this property to anyone especially families. Absolutely everything has been thought of, and the small touches make the entire stay seamless and comfortable, which is what I imagine every family wants. Would come again.
