The home boasts gulf views, a private hot tub, and its own private beach access walkway directly across from the home! From the spacious front porch of the home to the gorgeous white sand of the Emerald, the coast is less than a 2-minute walk away! You are also within walking distance to formal dining, bars, and casual dining with shops! Your family is sure to love the home's private fenced-in yard, private hot tub, and spacious balconies, and each room has its own private bathroom. There is parking for 3 cars, and overflow parking on the street to the side of the home. The home sits on a large private fenced-in lot and gives you access to your own private sandy beach access walkway, located only steps across the street from the home.

As you enter the home you are welcomed by the home well-appointed chef's gourmet kitchen, complete with commercial-grade Thermador stainless steel appliances, providing you with the ultimate culinary experience!
There is seating for 9 at the large dining room table and additional seating for 4 in the kitchen's cute private dining nook. The home's main dining area is open to the family room so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The flat-screen tv is the perfect place for family movie nights, and access to the spacious front porch makes it a great spot for that morning cup of coffee! Also on the main level of the home, you will find a guest bedroom with a King sized bed and full bathroom.
