We were a group of 3 couples (senior) and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were great. Only trouble was the weather was not great - however we could light the fire and that really went well and warmed the whole house. The beds were really comfortable. Most enjoyable.
We had a fantastic Easter biking holiday in Naseby as a group of three couples. The property was the perfect base for our stay, spacious, comfortable, and great for relaxing after full days out on the trails.Check-in was smooth and easy, and communication with host Anna was excellent throughout, with helpful tips before arrival and great responsivenes. The location was ideal, with easy access to Naseby village and direct access to the forest trails right nearby. We spent our days riding and exploring, then came back to a warm, well-equipped home that made self-catering easy and comfortable.A great stay overall and a perfect base for exploring and we would happily return.
The house is well-appointed. Kids loved the bunks and appreciated the books and games. Once the fires got going and the heat pump was on it was very warm. Miss 5 loved the book where she drew a picture of our curling adventure. Thanks for a lovely stay.
This is a lovely large comfortable home. It is well located and sunny with plenty of space for kids to play. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay and were sorry to leav
We loved staying in Anna’s villa which was tastefully decorated for Christmas with fresh flowers and everything we could need. Such a comfortable master bed and only a short walk to the Royal hotel. We enjoyed finding out about Naseby’s history, and biking in the forest.

Well presented, with fires roaring when we arrived. Communication was prompt and friendly. The house was positioned well, close to small township and iceskating facility. Rooms were well set up, comfortable beds. Great facilities within home, and the kids loved the swing and slide. Thanks for having us we would definitely come again. A++
We had the most fantastic weekend away, the house was set up perfectly and the beds all warm and comfortable. Anna's communication was great and she even went over before we arrived to start the fires and turn the heatpump on so we were nice and warm. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us Anna and family!

A rustic building with character. Looks a bit sad on the outside, but very nice and pleasant on the inside.
Great place to stay. Great location, great facilities, great property manager and charming with plenty of character. Surprisingly large house with plenty of space inside and out. Need to use the heating in winter but amply provided for with heat pump etc. Great place for kids.

The house is clean, warm and decorated/ furnished to a high standard. Thus easy to relax in after a days biking. A very short walk to the park & tennis makes the location ideal if you have kids. It the little touches like luxurious bedding, fabulous shower and quality kitchen pots that makes this place stand out.
Anna (host) could not be more helpful and was very quick to respond to my texts.
A big THANK YOU from the Parkinson family. We hope to be back soon.
