Located at a beautiful freshwater canal in the southwest of Cape Coral, is Villa Becky. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this beautiful Villa accommodates up to eight guests. A beautiful well-established garden with tropical palm trees encircles this beautiful home. The property is enclosed with a privacy fence that encloses the front and the sides of the property including the pool deck.

To give you an uninterrupted view of the appealing fresh-water canal, a chain link fence connecting to the privacy fence encloses the backyard. This is one of the rare properties that welcome families and their furry friends. Entering the property, the welcoming living room with the open and fully equipped kitchen and dining area invites you to prepare meals for the entire family. Just having a snack at the breakfast bar or enjoying a sophisticated meal at the dining table, you are going to enjoy the well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual sink vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three are equipped with a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The second bathroom leads to the pool area and makes it very comfortable to take a shower after spending some quality time in the pool.

The pool deck offers a lot of space for the entire family. Preparing a nice BBQ and having dinner at the dining table, relaxing with family and friends in the seating area, taking a sunbath on one of the loungers, or sitting at the canal fishing for a part of your dinner. This amazing backyard offers something for everybody.

Villa Becky requires an energy cost payment of $0.22 per kWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.

Holidays:
No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.

Our property is pet-friendly. There is a separate pet fee that will be charged in addition to the accommodation costs after placing your reservation. A pet addendum has to be signed.

Well appointed home I friendly neighborhood

I enjoyed my time at villa Becky. Great place to relax, do some work, read a book and soak up the sun by the pool. Easy access to stores, restaurants and public golf. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable master king bed.

Loved our stay

Villa Becky did not disappoint. We stayed at Villa Becky for the month of February. We had family and some friends come to visit, it was enjoyed by all. Everything we needed was there. With February being on the cool side we still got to enjoy the heated pool. It’s a beautiful home and Mary and Bruno helped us out anytime there was a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent two weeks at Villa Becky and it met all our expectations. Beautiful, clean and very well maintained home, pool and property. So spacious. Hosts were very helpful and answered a few questions and helped with a situation very quickly!! The home provided everything we needed for a long stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool daily! And being on the canal was great for daily turtle, bird and crane sightings! It was such a relaxing stay. And its location is very convenient to shopping, dining, golf and other attractions. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here!

House and Location fit our needs to a tee

Villa Becky met our expectations. The home is well kept, clean, and plenty spacious for us and our 2 dogs. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very walkable. Almost heaven vacation

This house was amazing. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and watching the birds. Everything was close by except most beaches. But we enjoyed relaxing by the gorgeous pool. The neighborhood was quiet which was nice. The garage even had floats for the pool and beach umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again . A long drive from WV, but definitely worth it. Thank you Mary and Bruno!

Perfect!

Beautiful home!

This is a lovely 4/2 home in a very nice neighborhood in Cape Coral. In the evening it is very quiet and peaceful. We had a few issues with the cable, having never had Xfiniti but we worked them out to our satisfaction. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, cups, dishes, pots and pans and skillets. It has a very nice privacy fence on both sides but has chain link in the back for a great view of the canal. Our dog had a great time barking at birds and bunnies. The pool is heated and we enjoyed it many times. There are lots of places to get groceries and shop nearby. However, if you are looking to go to the beach a lot, this may not be the place for you. It’s not because it is far but depending on the time of day the traffic is horrible. The neighbors were friendly. It was nice having a garage. There were beach chairs, floats and a cooler. We would highly recommend this as a wonderful getaway!
