Summary:
Your home away from home, this well appointed and cozy 2 brm unit with well equipped kitchen is all you'll need. The private courtyard with outdoor setting, umbrella and BBQ is a lovely spot to sit and listen to the ocean while enjoying a bevy on us. There is also a comfortable sofa bed if you have more guests. We do not allow pets at our bnb

The Space:
The View from Lamberts Beach lookout is only a short walk away and during the season you will often be able to view the whales on their migration. The beach is a family friendly area and is patrolled during school holidays and from Sept through to March. You are across the road from the beautiful Seabreeze Hotel where you can enjoy a meal with a view or order a takeaway and drinks and enjoy them at home. Back at the units there is a shared laundry equipped with a washing machine exclusively for you. There is also a smart TV and Wi-fi for your enjoyment. We have provided some books, games and children's toys as well.
For your safety and peace of mind, we have a Minut Noise Monitor in the living area and a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door. These features help ensure a secure and comfortable stay while respecting your privacy.

Guest Access:
This is a private unit with its own courtyard and a shared laundry.

The Neighborhood:
The lovely quiet beach which is patrolled weekends and school holidays between September and May is a must as is the Seabreeze Tavern for those days when you just can't be bothered to cook or go to town.

Getting Around:
Navigation around Mackay is easy by car. Alternatively there is a bus stop about 5 mins walk from the unit that will take you either into town or to the two major shopping centres. We also have a fairly responsive taxi service and Uber have also commenced operations.

Other Things to Note:
No pets are allowed at this property.

We’ve got smart TVs in the BNB, so you can stream your favourite shows anytime. As for free-to-air TV—well, let’s just say it has a mind of its own! Some days it’s all there, other days it’s feeling a bit shy. Luckily, streaming saves the day

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available by message or phone call during your stay between the hours of 8am and 10pm if you are looking for advice on where to eat or what's around or even on the operation of any of the appliances etc. We will be around to mow lawns and weed and water gardens and also take the external bins out.
