Well-Equipped Kitchen: We ensure that all our kitchens are stocked with high-quality appliances, cookware, and utensils, allowing guests to prepare meals together and enjoy a home-cooked experience. We stock everything from Nespresso’s machines to rice cookers.

Comfortable Bedding and Linen: A good night's sleep is crucial for an enjoyable vacation. We have all our owners invest in high-quality mattresses, pillows, and linens to ensure that guests have a restful and rejuvenating experience during their stay.

Responsive and Attentive Host:
Perhaps one of the most distinguishing features is our commitment to being responsive and attentive hosts. We ensure that guests feel supported throughout their stay, addressing any concerns promptly and providing recommendations to make their vacation truly memorable.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The Neighborhood:
Just a 3-5 minute drive to town you are perfectly situated to take advantage of what Queenstown has to offer.
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts and golf courses.

Being located just 2 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.

Getting Around:
Drive time to town is approximately 3 - 5 mins. There are also many walking tracks close by. Either down on the lake edge or for the more adventurous head up to the Ben Lomond summit!

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. So we do our very best to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, when feasible, that allows guests to relax and make the most of their time without feeling rushed or inconvenienced. We own the cleaning company that services the villa’s. If we can push a clean to give guests a late check out and it’s not a back to back booking we do it. If we cant we offer free bag storage so guests can go enjoy their final few hours having a late breakfast or lunch with carting all the luggage!

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
