Just a six-minute walk from Queenstown’s vibrant CBD - home to a wide array of dining, cafés, shops, entertainment, adventure activities, and ski transport services - this apartment offers the perfect blend of luxury, space, and unbeatable convenience for larger groups.

Please be aware that there are roadworks at the end of Beetham Street and the only access roads for pedestrians are via Turner Street, Weaver Street and Sydney Street. Therefore the walk to the town centre takes a little longer than usual.

- Additional living room on the lower floor has 1x queen sofa bed which can be made up upon request, this incurs a linen and towel surcharge.
- 1x Porta cot is available for a baby

Best view in Queenstown

We stayed for a week in December with family and friends and the location and accomodation was perfect! The most stunning views from the upstairs balcony to watch the sunset. The lower level bedrooms and kitchenette are private and very quiet from the rest of the apartment. The facilities had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and very responsive.

Beautiful accommodation and the house is very well equipped and clean. Some improvement opportunity on the bed and pillow considering the price we are paying. But apart from that it was an enjoyable stay and we love the view from the balcony with a nice hot coffee in the morning.

Nice multi-level house for big families

We had a great time in Queenstown with extended family from overseas. The walk into town was quick and everything in the house was as described. We struggled to light the gas fire one chilly morning but got there in the end, also the network to the TV upstairs didn’t work but kids were watching Netflix downstairs so that one was fine, great having wifi all over the house.

Very functional space for extended family

this house was perfect for our two families to stay in as we each felt like we really had our own space as week as fantastic community spaces. It had everything we needed. Only two downsides are the queen beds are two beds joined together so a little uncomfortable in the middle join part. Also all the roads leading down to town being closed which mades things very difficult with a pram and 3 year old as the only way down was a steep staircase.

Dreamy weekend spot

Stay at top of the lake

Great location. Awesome views. House is a bit tired - loose light fittings, broken barrier on bunk, heaters not working. Maintenance quick to supply alternative heaters.
