Experience pure relaxation from the moment you arrive at this stylish, contemporary townhouse, set against the dramatic southern ranges of unspoilt New Zealand. Enjoy fabulous views of the mountains from the front, a private native bush reserve from every balcony at the back, and a hot tub to die for.

The modern, open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area provides plenty of space to gather. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the dramatic mountain views or cosy up by the gas fire. The space is kept at the perfect temperature year-round with air conditioning and a gas fireplace.

Your Private Retreat
Bedrooms: All four bedrooms feature a private ensuite with a heated towel rail and heated tile floor. Each room also has its own balcony, heat pump/air conditioning, blackout blinds, and under-bed drawers for extra storage.

Bedding: Beds can be configured to suit your group, with one luxury super king and three luxury super king beds that can be split into singles. We provide a comfortable night's sleep with two pillows per person and high-quality linen.

Including: microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, BBQ grill, barbecue utensils, children's dinnerware, books and reading material, board games.

We provide kitchen starters, including oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and various sauces. Enjoy a hot drink upon arrival with a selection of tea, fresh coffee, and capsules for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Private Hot Tub: Unwind in your private hot tub, set at the rear with forest privacy. It’s the perfect spot to stargaze at the Southern Cross and Milky Way while listening to the gentle, year-round stream.

I stayed here with my 2 adult sons for 2 nights. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. Very comfortable beds and private rooms. We really enjoyed having the hot tub. We cooked in both nights and found the kitchen very well equipped. We used the BBQ. The condo is quite a far walk from town so useful to have a car although the walk is incredibly scenic. We enjoyed the views of the mountains from the top floor. A very nice base from which to explore this stunning town. Liane was responsive and had alot of great local tips. Would recommend.

A beautiful place with sensational views. Loves sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning or cooking on the bbq in the evening and marvelling at the snow capped mountains. Bonuses to the property include the pool table which got a good works out and the spa.

Mountain view was stunning. Each room with own ensuite provided an opportunity for our large family to holiday together but also have your own privacy and space when needed. Spa was a bit, with beautiful sound of water trickling down the stream at the back. Stunning home with all you need! Especially if you have a baby! Amazing use of space in living area. The side chairs are very comfortable to lounge on also! Kids loved the home, adults also loved the pool table. Convenience of washer / dryer. Not to mention, amazing communication from the owner / host. Liane was such a breeze to deal with, quick at responding and lovely! Thanks for the amazing stay.

Queenstown townhouse

This was a great place to stay for a large family in Queenstown. About 10 minutes from town - we used Uber to get to town in the evening for dinners so we didn’t have to find parking and we could drink and not drive. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic and easy to work with the representative. We would stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Queenstown

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at the Hillside Townhouse! Good location outside the bustling city during holiday season, comfy beds & lounge seating was awesome, pool table & spa was an added bonus that we didn't think we'd use but did! Had a marvelous time preparing meals & hanging out in the spacious lounge area. Showers & laundry facilty were excellent! We cant say enough about the prompt & gracious communication with the owner! Thank You for opening up your property for us out-of-country travelers! We'd definitely stay here again!!

Perfect couples getaway

We had an amazing couples getaway at this house. The layout is perfect, the house is super well equipped, and the property manager and comms are top notch. There really isn’t anything to fault. We had a cold snap when we were there but the house was so warm, and the gas fireplace was an absolute delight. Highly recommend this place and we will make it a tradition to return here!

Great accommodation!! Very well resourced. Loved the rooms and space. Bathroom fantastic with warm flooring. Could do with a little shelf for toiletries. Spa beautiful and hot. Pool table was great entertainment for our group. Could advise that you supplied shampoo conditioner and soap as we bought these along. Really fabulous!!

Stunning views, Fully equipped holiday home

If you are a looking for a house in QT for a group this is the ideal place. Has everything you could ask for as a home away from home, including the spa. Came for a girls weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So nice for everyone to have their own ensuite, plus a large open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room that we could all hang out. Added bonus was the large internal access double garage, pool table and heated floors in the bathrooms. LOVED our stay! Thanks so much Liane for your speedy communications as well. Not Long Enough!

Amazing trip to Queenstown, and it started months before our trip! I could tell Lianne would be a great hostess just in her communication months before our trip! She always responded within 24 hours and in great detail. What she describes about the townhouse is true. Beautiful neighborhood, comfortable rooms and space, and all the amenities we would need! She also gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. (We tried Fergburger and Botswana Butchery) But one of my favorite parts of our stay was waking up to all the birds chirping and hearing the running water from the creek. The patio doors for bedrooms and living room fold open for full enjoyment. Wish we had more time to just sit and enjoy! Queenstown is absolutely stunning.

My husband and I live in Auckland, close to our two adult children. We love working and spending time with family. We are looking forward to sharing this little piece of heaven nestled in Queenstown with others. We love trying new restaurants, a hike in nature, cycling for a few hours anywhere, and all that Queenstown offers.

Why they chose this property

We love this property so much. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. A very private back deck with a spa pool, with the backdrop of towering trees from the natural forest behind. Listening to the stream whilst stargazing. Closeness to everything you can ever want to do, plus a modern kitchen with everything at hand. Balcony to sit on whilst you have a BBQ, either gazing at the mountain range or twisting the TV to watch some sport. It accommodates any type of group.
