The property boasts two front balconies with panoramic views of the Lake, the Remarkables, Walter Peak and part of Queenstown city centre. There is a third balcony with views towards Skyline Gondola. The downstairs courtyard has a new outdoor covered spa pool (hot tub) with panoramic views. There is a large fenced off rear lawn area. This dwelling is ideal for a large family or even two small families. It's a small walk down to the city centre initially through an adjoining reserve or you could even walk up to the top of Queenstown Hill and enjoy the views. Fully fitted out separate kitchen plus outdoor BBQ. Queenstown is the premiere location of New Zealand for Night life, Restaurants and Shopping. It goes without saying the adventure activities are unbelievable!
