Killcare house quiet & private with stunning views - 90 minutes from Sydney
Quiet, private retreat with stunning views of Hardy's Bay and/or Bouddi National Park from every room. Ten minutes from Killcare beach and Hardy's Bay cafes. With the Bay in front and bush behind, Bouddi Retreat is the perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy time with friends and family in a beautiful natural environment. The house has plenty of space inside and out for enjoying the passing parade of Bay activity and birdlife during the day, sunsets and twinkling lights at night.
It has 3 queen bedrooms, one with ensuite and a 4th bedroom with two single beds. It also has a large living room with a smart TV, games and books, study/library, kitchen, dining, and large deck with Weber BBQ and outdoor dining.
The house is perfect for family groups as it is large with multiple living spaces and a well equipped kitchen and is 15 minutes from the cafes of Hardys Bay and Killcare beach.
It has 30 steps from the parking area to an inclinator which takes you up to the house. There are also stairs for guests who want some extra exercise!
It has on site parking for two cars and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
It is quiet and peaceful with great variety of birds and beautiful view from most rooms.
