Location was convenient. The building was not in good condition. The ceiling in the stairwell was leaking and plaster was falling. The inside was also very worn. The bathroom is not in good condition. The sink is cracked and we found cockroaches in the bathroom. According to reviews........it sounds like the "deck project" has been under construction since 2024. It was "tentatively" scheduled to be done this March. Nothing was done at all. This is false advertisement. The place was so bad that we actually had to find another place and moved out half way through our stay. We would have left sooner but I could not get assistance from VRBO. I would not recommend staying here.
Clean, nicely appointed place. Fantastic location a couple of blocks from the beach but still on a quiet street. 3rd floor walkup and the balcony was under repair and couldn't be used while we were there, but I would definitely stay there again.
Our stay at this Apartment was very good.
Being the top Apartment there was no lift.
As we stayed there for almost three weeks we needed to change the beds/the duvet covers mattress protectors & pillows all need replacing. Apart from this we enjoyed our time in this holiday let!
