Great property in great location. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood and easy access to Bayshore and could walk to a couple of great restaurants. Nicest house we’ve rented to visit our UTampa daughter. Will be back! (Host was also very communicative!)

Really enjoyed this property’s set up. Great for a family trip. Location is close to restaurants and shopping while also easy to navigate to golf courses in the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to explore the Tampa area and or a nice long weekend trip. Host was excellent at communicating and made the whole process a breeze.

We rented the property for a two-week work trip for three adults. The location of the property was superb in a quiet upper scale neighborhood. The beds were comfortable allowing us to sleep soundly every night which was important while putting in 12 hour work days. The property is also within just a few miles of Trader Joes and Life Time Fitness. There are great restaurants right down the block like Four Rivers. Overall, clean property, great host communications, plenty of driveway parking.

Nice place in a very convenient location. Very comfortable. It is an older house, which makes it a cool place to stay, don't take that as cute or quaint or anything like that describes a cramped space. Lots of room to sprawl out. Very well equipped for our needs. Thank you for hosting us, highly recommended.

This was our third time staying at this amazingly clean, comfortable, and convenient home. Plenty of space to sprawl out and unwind, yet close enough to walk to any of the shops and restaurants. 10 out of 10!
