Have stayed at this property before and absolutely love it. It’s in a great neighborhood, along a golf hole and close to everything. Cozy enough for a couple of small group up to a larger group.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped and the back yard and view was beautiful. The beds were soft and comfortable. My dad did fix the upstairs door in the master bedroom to go to the balcony. The lights switches for both the downstairs bedroom and the master bedroom were outside of the room which was different. The master also didn’t have a closet to use but we just adjusted and put stuff in the drawers. Overall, we would stay here again and enjoyed our time.

Lovely Escape to Pinetop!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious house on the beautiful 17th fairway of Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club. The view was incredible from the porches and balconies and we spent many an afternoon relaxing there and also enjoying the gas firepit on the porch. Our contact, Alisha Parker, was attentive to our every need and was easy to communicate with, texting back almost immediately. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Getaway from Valley Heat

The home and bedroom configuration is great for family get togethers. All necessities are available with multiple large screen TV's, a full size PacMan (bit Hit!!) and many other games. Situated on the 17th fairway of the excellent Par 62 Pinetop Golf course. Don't think this course is too easy for you golf efficiando's! We stayed over 2 weeks with multiple age family.

Would not stay again

Pluses: Beautiful property overall, the check-in/out process was clear and easy, and the communication with the management was quick and helpful. However, the minuses were many and the reasons for my 2 star rating. Firstly there were many issues of cleanliness (surfaces not wiped down, mold in the shower, dirty dishes in cabinets, old food in bedroom furniture). Secondly the linens were not replaced- we had to wait for the property manager to come bring us things like pillowcases, towels, washcloths, etc). We were told there was a change/issue with the housekeeping but for the amount we spent and the fact that there is a property management company overseeing, that should never have been the state of the home when we arrived. Thirdly, the stove and oven were not working properly and took 3x as long to cook and make our meals. A maintenance person was sent over but having to wait for that to resume our day took away from the experience of escaping from everyday life for this weekend. Fourthly (which was out of their control but still highly inconvenient) was a notice of a 4 hour water outage in the middle of the following day posted on the door when we arrived. We had 12 people on this trip and were unable to prepare food, cook, or use the restroom for nearly half the day. The property manager brought gallons of water because of this but again, it was an inconvenience that detracted from our relaxing getaway. Given the amount of money we spent on this rental and knowing all that transpired we would not choose to stay here for any future trips in the area.

Great for Family Getaway

This is the 2nd time my family has rented this property and we absolutely love it! It feels cozy and homey. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you could want, lots of refrigerator space… we feel right at home here and will definitely be back.

Beat the summer heat

We were looking for relief from the southern AZ heat and this property rose to the top of our search. It did not disappoint. Great location on the golf course. Beautiful views of the 17th hole fairway and green from back deck. Peaceful community located to numerous amenities; especially appealing we’re walking opportunities. The property itself was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well appointed and roomy enough for multiple cooks (of which we had a few). We were 6 adults (3 couples) and never felt like we were crowded in any way. My only complaint was we only scheduled 3 nights. The property manager (Alesha) was very friendly and readily available for any questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Summer Cool-off

We were anxious to get away from the southern AZ heat for a few days with family. This property rose to the top of our search and did not disappoint. Beautiful location on the golf course. Property was easy to find and was close to a wealth of amenities; the best for us being numerous walking opportunities. The property itself was well laid out and spacious. The kitchen was large enough for multiple “cooks” without getting in each other’s way (and we had a few cooks). The back deck afforded a beautiful view of the 17th hole fairway and green; with seating for everyone around the fire pit in the evening. We met the property manager (Alesha) who was very friendly and ready to assist with any questions. My only complaint is we didn’t schedule enough time there (3 nights). We won’t make that mistake again. Without reservation, I highly recommend this property and would reserve it again.

A Wonderful Cabin

Many thanks to the owner's of this fabulous cabin! Five STARS!! My family loved our stay in this wonderful Pinetop Lakeside cabin. Every item you could need,[from kitchen items to laundry], is thoughtfully offered. The owner's spared no expense on amenities that made us feel right at home! We were able to fit 4 days of groceries for our group in the huge refrigerator. The stove, oven and grill were high quality appliances, allowing us to cook every day. The cabin layout was perfect, allowing much room for our family to enjoy relaxation without being cramped at all - very roomy cabin! Each couple had its own bedroom with plenty of room to unpack and unwind. Cool air conditioning, a beautiful golf course view plus a game room for the kids with a pull out bed. The kitchen offered enough table room for all 10 of us to dine together. Each room had a tv with cable tv. We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had a longer reservation to enjoy the area! I would 100% rent this beautiful cabin again!

This is the second time we’ve rented this property. We’ve been happy both times. It’s nice and spacious. TVs in every room. Great location, not too far back in the neighborhood. We love sitting out on the deck looking over the golf course. My husband loves using the Blackstone grill. My only complaint this time would be they need more bathroom towels. For the amount of people the property can hold, there weren’t enough to go around. Also, the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded when we arrived. These are very small things though. Overall this place is wonderful and we will stay here again!
