The house has a rustic and cozy look and was designed to transmit comfort and leisure for everyone and is 1.5 km far from the city center.

When it comes to resting, in the bedrooms you will find TV, air conditioning, closet, ceiling fan and mattress protector. The first bedroom is the suite and is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The private bathroom has an electric shower, glass shower and mirror. In room 2 there is a double bed, in room 3 there are two single beds and, finally, in room 4 there are two single beds and two bunk beds.

In addition to the suite's private bathroom, the house has a social bathroom that is equipped with an electric shower, glass shower stall and mirror.

In the living room you will find a sofa with 2 and 3 seats, a rack with Smart TV 55”, where you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Globoplay and have all closed channels at your disposal, as well as ceiling fans. The pictures are part of the room's decoration.

The kitchen is located on the outside of the house and is next to the gourmet area with barbecue grill. Our home appliances are: stove, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, microwave and blender. We also have plates, cups, cups, bowls, cutlery, pots, dish and sink cloths, colander, thermos, water jug, trash bin, plastic pots and cutting boards.

In this gourmet area there is also a picnic style table for you to enjoy your warm meals, as soon as they come out of the fire. And an extra table with six chairs.

The pool is located very close to the gourmet area where the sun is shining all day. Here you can take advantage of the sun loungers to relax and get tanned. The outdoor area has a shower for pre- and post-pool cleaning, three parking spaces on the property, lighting and a large and tastefully landscaped garden.

In the house there is also a pool table that is located on the covered porch of the house, a portable fan, basic hygiene items, an iron and an ironing board.
