This property has been on VRBO for half of a summer season. We intend to gain many more positive reviews this year!

Welcome to the perfect family and friends getaway! This cottage has an ideal layout to maximize the space with 2 bedrooms located on the main floor as well as a loft with a 3rd bedroom and bathroom. The view from the loft and deck overlooks the lake to the east so you can enjoy the sunrise and views everyday without going anywhere!
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ on the patio. Complimentary coffee is provided. High speed Internet from Telus and central heat/air conditioning to ensure comfort year round.

There are plenty of activity options at the resort and in the area when you are not relaxing at the cottage!

Many people choose to get around the resort by golf carts which are available for rent on site or from town. Kayaks and paddleboards are also available to rent during summer season at the la casa resort.

We do advise shopping for some groceries prior to heading out to the cottage as it is an approximately 30 minute drive to the closest grocery stores. Alternatively, "Save on Foods" does do daily deliveries to La Casa for a small fee which is well worth taking advantage of.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area as well so we do advise caution especially when driving on the narrow sections of west side road at night.

Located on the west side of lake Okanagan 30 mins from either Kelowna (south) or Vernon (north).

Happy Family Vacation!

We could not have been more happy with our stay! The deck and an amazing view and a green space right beside for the kids to play in the evening. The place was well stocked with the basic supplies and very clean!

Perfect Spring Getaway

Nathan’s place was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend staying here if you need a serene off season break from reality. I’ve stayed here during peak season as well and just loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Steps from the lake and so much to do around the area! Already planning to go back in a few weeks!

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time at the property with the kids. Everything we needed for sleeping, cooking meals and just hanging out together was there. The waterfront is rocky but still a wonderful place to relax and play.

Okanagan Oasis is truly an Oasis

My husband and teenage son arrived on July 18 for week long stay. Check in was smooth and we already had the code for the house prior to check in but Nathan our lovely host told us there was trouble with the keypad and provided us with a key to our stay. The cottage is located on Santiago loop with a beautiful view of the lake where I enjoyed my morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Everything was clean and bright and we had everything we needed, basic spices were provided and it had everything you needed to cook. There are two bedrooms and another in the loft. The beds were very comfortable (the queen bed has a lovely pillow top). I definitely recommend renting a golf cart as it’s much easier to get around. We spent most days at the beach. I do recommend bringing a folding lawn chair as there aren’t many on the beach and people go down early to “save them”. Three water trampolines kept my son and his cousins busy. It was great to watch. We went to the lower pools close to the guest house it was nice and clean. Definitely bring all the groceries that you need it’s 45 minute drive either to Kelowna or Vernon as I ran out of milk and the store was out and the store is closed on Mondays. I did see people ordering and getting groceries delivered from Save On. That might be an option for you as well. All in all this was my first trip to La Casa and won’t be my last. I definitely recommend Okanagan Oasis!

Great place to get away

This little community is a beautiful place to get away. There were 2 pools and a beach. Only issue we had is that the community itself doesn't seem to be very handicapped accessible. My aunt that travelled with us is vision impaired and all of the handicapped parking spaces were the farthest spaces from the pool entrance. The beach handicapped space had a portable outhouse placed in it. This isn't a reflection on the owner or the property itself, just on the strata. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a long or short stay within BC.
