9B Mariners Walk, Wild Dunes

This spacious and updated one-bedroom, one and half bath villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. The bathroom has dual access from both the bedroom and hallway and the downstairs sofa offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. Downstairs there is an additional half bath. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs.

Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

**Please Note: This property DOES NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort pools. It does have access to the Mariners Walk Community Pool**

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Everything about Mariners Walk 9B was awesome! Extremely clean and great location. Only complaint we had was the master bedroom mattress was very, very hard so not the most comfortable for us.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. So convenient to the beach access. We cooked most meals in and the well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. Wish there was a bathroom/powder room downstairs on main level. That was the only drawback, but not a huge deal. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing space with plenty of room.

The community is a great location for hanging at the beach and short drives to good food! Property was clean and welcoming. Furnishings were adequate - bed and outdoor furniture were less comfortable than I would have hoped. Wifi in the area is really spotty and it’s near impossible to get a cab/ride-share if needed.

Exceptional Stay

The pictures provided pale in comparison to the actual views. The location of this villa couldn't be more perfect. It is a perfect beach front oasis getaway. Everything you need is provided. From a K-Cups coffee maker, to any dish that you could possibly need for making a meal. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are home, but as if you had a daily made cleaning your home. The owner was extremely helpful and gave plenty of good places of where to eat, and enjoy both the Isle as well Charleston. We were able to tour Fort Sumter, a harbor cruise, a carriage ride through Charleston, a tour of the USS Yorktown. We ate a various different local restaurants, but if there is one place you must visit is Halls Chophouse. Pricey but exceptional. This place was so perfect that me and my girlfriend got engaged on the beach and were able to relax on the beach before heading back into the villa and using the provided Wifi to facetime with our families.

Clean condo and perfect location

Overall the condo was great and the location could not be better. The only real issue for us was the furniture and the refrigerator. The furniture needs to be replace as it was uncomfortable to sit on. Also the patio furniture was too small for a normal person to sit on. As for the refrigerator there was not ice maker so we had to fill up ice trays to make ice. Please get a refrigerator with an ice maker.
