Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the

Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-

bedroom, three-bath property features a fully equipped updated kitchen and

bathrooms—views of the Gondola. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. This

unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted.

Perfect place for two families with kids, with a 3rd bedroom featuring 2 sets

of bunk beds and 4th bedroom twin beds. The Mammoth Estates community offers

excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tub, an outdoor pool (Summer

only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring

pool table, ping pong table, games and more. All guests receive complimentary

full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor

heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle

studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. No refunds will be

We Love Mammoth

We always do an annual trip to Mammoth. This year we decided to bring our dogs so there weren't many choices on pet friendly places. Then we found this place. Communication was prompt and quick. Any questions or concerns I had about the trip were replied within a few hours after sending it. Print out instructions once you receive them. It gives you all the information you need as far as where to pick up your key, wifi password, dumpster code, what is provided and what you may need during your trip. We found the place clean, comfortable, and enjoyed our stay with our large group of 10. The Village was walking distance and we enjoyed the pool and spa!
